1. Nature of the Service:
DICLARX Careers is a structured self-reflection and career decision intelligence tool. It uses a proprietary diagnostic framework to help mid-career professionals understand how they make career decisions not what decisions they should make.
The service produces a Career Decision Intelligence Report (CDIR) based on responses to a diagnostic questionnaire and optional career profile information. The report identifies decision patterns, dimension scores, and potential areas of attention.
2. What DICLARX Is Not:
Not clinical advice. DICLARXis not a substitute for therapy, counselling, psychiatric assessment, or any form of clinical mental health intervention. If you are experiencing mentalhealth difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Not career counselling. DICLARX does not recommend specific career paths, job changes, or professional decisions. Every insight is directional, not definitive. Your decisions remain entirely your own.
Not a psychological assessment. DICLARX does not diagnose personality disorders, mental health conditions or psychological traits. The diagnostic dimensions are behavioural and decision-focused, not clinical. Not predictive. Scores and patterns reflect self-reported responses at a single point in time. They do not predict future performance, career outcomes or psychological states.
3. Stability Gate & Duty of Care:
DICLARX employs a Stability Gate system that automatically detects potentially vulnerable profiles before generating reports. When elevated sensitivity indicators are detected, the report adjustsits language to be more attentive and action-oriented without reducing honesty or diagnostic depth. This is a precautionary measure, not a diagnostic tool. Detection of sensitivity indicators does not imply any clinical condition but precaution.
4. Data & Responses:
All responses are self-reported. The quality and accuracy of the report depends directly on the honesty and thoughtfulness of the respondent. DICLARX cannot verify the accuracy of self-reported information.
5. Limitation of Liability:
DICLARX, its founders, employees, and affiliates shallnot be held liable for any decisions made based on the information provided inthe Career Decision Intelligence Report. The report is provided “as is” for informational and reflective purposes only.
6. Acknowledgement:
By purchasing and completing the DICLARX diagnostic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer. You confirm that you are using this service for self-reflection and personal development purposes.
